After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from this program unless you re-opt in.

Lokey Kia reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the program or posted on our website. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Disclaimer
Lokey Kia and its affiliates shall not be liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of any SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier. SMS message services are provided on an "AS IS" basis.
